Thanks to everyone who came out to the Sayre Spooktacular this year! We had over 250 people attend, 40+ parent and student volunteers involved, and made about $600 to support Sayre School.
We already have parents and students thinking and planning for next year… including another Haunted Hallway!
It’s almost that time again – Third Thursday’s mean you don’t have to cook AND you can help Sayre Language Academy raise funds. Please join us Thursday, November 16th from 5:00pm to 8:00 pm at Portillo’s in Forest Park (7740 Roosevelt Rd).
To participate simply bring this flyer or show it on your smartphone and 20% of all proceeds will go directly to Sayre FFO.
Mark your calendars! This Friday at Sayre School we are having a
SAYRE SPOOKTACULAR from 6-7:30.
An entrance fee of $3/person gets you access to all the fun inside including games, treats, face paint, a haunted hallway, and lots of BOOgie-ing in the gym.
Be sure and stay for the parade home with the Haunted Piper at 7:20.
Wear your costume and bring a flashlight for spooky fun!
What is a shop and share? A shop and share is when area businesses agree to donate a percentage of their sales to Sayre school. It is usually held on a particular day, during certain times and sometimes at a certain location.
This month, Panera Bread in Elmwood Park (7400 W. North Ave.) is partnering with Sayre for a shop and share on Thursday, Oct. 19th from 4-8pm. Come and enjoy some toasty soup, delicious sandwiches and salads and see Sayre friends!
Panera asks that families and friends show the flyer that is sent home or at least show an electronic version (see image). Enjoy a family dinner and help support your Sayre family!
Don’t miss this fun this Friday the 13th from 5-7PM at Sayre School!
Bring a little pocket money for the good eats…
